People in the industry are concerned with the industrial machinery, abrasion of high degree of finish of electronic parts and polishing of civilian goods. High-precision abrasion poses a difficulty in the grinding field. Generally select ceramic cement CBN grinding wheel whose granularity is between 150# and W14 and rigidity is K-G for fine abrasion and high-precision abrasion of traditional machinery. Such grinding wheels have long production cycle and complex technology and difficulty in manufacturing and ordering. In addition, it is easy to cause chatter mark, burning and dressing frequently when grinding. There are new polishing products such nylon wheel, sponge wheel, thousands-vales wheel and abrasive band and others with common characteristics of plasticity in recent years, and they can be used to polish various mould-surfaces of materials. However, they cannot meet high-precision manufacturing requirements of degree of finish and microscopic geometric precision of precision parts. Therefore, high-precision abrasive grinding wheels are scarce. As a result, some customers must rely on imported products.
