They are used widely to manufacture hard materials and hard cutting materials and to increase manufacturing precision and manufacturing efficiency. Electroplating bonded diamond grinding wheel (including CBN) is manufactured by electroplating technological method. Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheel (including CBN) uses resin as binder. It can produce many substances such as hard alloy, glass, ceramics and stone and others by technology such as mixing, molding, solidification and manufacturing. Resin ultrahard abrasive grinding wheel has excellent self-sharpening performance during grinding process with difficulty to plug and reduce burnt work pieces. Its plasticity helps to improve roughness of surface of work pieces. In addition, it has advantages such as easy to dressing grinding wheel and wide purposes, as a result, it plays an important role in ultrasonic abrasive grinding wheels.
