■ Fiber grinding wheel (polishing wheel)     
　　　　Fiber polishing wheel (also called nylon wheel) uses wear-resistant special fiber with high strength as framework. It is made of high quality silicon carbide abrasive and high-class resin materials. It has characteristics such as even sand distribution, many pores and excellent elasticity and so on. Application of fiber polishing wheel is more convenient than that of traditional polishing wheel (cloth wheel). It has many pores to prevent clamming when polishing. Irregular surface can be polished deeply due to its elasticity. It is used widely for polishing of stainless steel, metal fittings, archaistic bronze treatment and various artworks and burr removal and surface cleaning surface of various industrial metallic products.
　　Common external diameters of fiber polishing wheels include 100mm(4"), 125mm(5"), 150mm(6"), 200mm(8"), 250mm(10") and 300mm(12"). The thicknesses include 19mm(3/4"), 25mm(1") and 50mm(2"). Internal diameter is 19mm(3/4"). Abrasives include black silicon carbide (C) and green silicon carbide (GC). Granularity is between 80# and 1000#. Density is between 5P and 24P. Other shapes and special dimension can be customized according to requirements of customers.

■ Sponge grinding wheel (used for polishing and grinding)            
　　　　Sponge grinding wheel uses PVA which is a chemical material as binder. It is alcoholized, deoxidized and baked by adding silicon carbide after chemical reaction. PVA has elasticity so grinded surface is smooth and even with high porosity, low grinding heat without clammed pore and burnt work piece. Sponge grinding wheel of 120 # matches the smoothness of grinded surface of ceramic grinding wheel of 320#. Sponge grinding wheel has larger abrasive force than fiber polishing wheel. Its characteristics of grinding and polishing fulfill the grinding and polishing work once. It is suitable for polishing and grinding of metal and non-metallic materials, especially for polishing of stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloy and glass with tenacity and parts  with complex surfaces.
     　Our company can produce sponge grinding wheels with various shapes, dimensions and specifications. Granularity is generally between 80# and 320#. There are soft, intermediate and hard types of sponge grinding wheels.
　　
■ Abrasive sand                        
         Abrasive sand (also called abrasive paste) is mixture of abrasive (mainly green silicon carbide and white corundum) and medium where abrasive mainly plays role of cutting. Medium plays role of adhesion, cooling, lubrication and promoting oxidation. Abrasive sand is used for abrasion and polishing of instruments and parts to increase precision, decrease roughness and increase descaling and corrosion-resistant ability.
