■Purpose/characteristics

　　Resin cutting cymbals grinding wheel is the most dominant product of resin-bonded abrasive tools. Used widely, it is one of the cutting polishing tools that are indispensable to various industries and civil department. It is made of abrasive and resin-bonded agent by technology and method of mixing, molding and hardening. It is different from ordinary resin-bonded CBN grinding wheels. Resin cutting cymbals grinding wheel adopts fiber glass scrims to increase rotary strength and safety greatly to expand application field continuously.

      Reinforcing resin-bonded grinding wheels are divided into reinforcing resin cutting grinding wheel, reinforcing resin cymbals grinding wheel, reinforcing resin high-precision grinding wheel and reinforcing resin bendable grinding wheel. They have common characteristics such as high tensile, shock-resistant and bending-resistance strengths, excellent performance, safety and effectiveness. Different technologies and abrasives can be adopted to satisfy different service requirements according to the demand of customers.
