Usage/characteristics:
　　Ceramic cement CBN grinding wheel can be used widely. One of the most dominant products of our company, it accounts for more than 70% of all bonded abrasive tools. It can be used in industries such as machinery, automobiles, aviation, construction, light current, leathering and other industries. Grinding mode can be divided into external round grinding, internal round grinding, plain grinding, centreless grinding, molding grinding, tool grinding and handmade grinding. Therefore, it is the dominant abrasive tool for grinding and manufacturing. Ceramic cement CBN grinding wheel is sintered under high temperature for ceramic characteristics and excellent chemical stability, heat resistance and water resistance. It can match dry grinding and wet grinding of different cooling agents with high grinding efficiency, small abrasion, excellent self-sharpening performance and maintenance of geometric shape.

■ Resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel

Usage/characteristics:
　　Besides the ceramic cement CBN grinding wheel, the resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel is another main bonded abrasive tool that our company manufactures. Resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel has excellent strength and elasticity that it can be made to high-precision grinding wheel with high speed and heavy load for cutting and notching. Resin can be bonded within 200℃. The abrasive particle will fall off automatically during operation of grinding wheel under high temperature, continuously exposing new abrasive particle. It has peculiar advantages to increase self-sharpening performance of grinding wheel, avoid blunt abrasive particle, avoid burnt work piece and increase degree of finish of work piece. Supplementing each other, Resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel and ceramic cement CBN grinding wheel are the dominating products of the grinding wheel industry.
