■  Silicon carbide quality kiln furniture　　

 Silicon carbide quality kiln furniture (ordinarily called high-class board) is shaped by rare precious chemical materials and silicon carbide by special technology and sintered under ultrahigh temperature. Different from many phases during combination of ordinary oxide or clay, particles of silicon carbide are melt by active materials which are almost in recrystallization status. There are no other phases in the product whose damage factors such as uneven expansion coefficient, stress and micro crack can be removed to increase high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, crack resistance and deformation resistance greatly. The product is one of the refractory materials with excellent quality and performance. It is widely used in industries such as ceramics, electric porcelain, steel and metallurgy, boiler and so on with advantages such as environmental protection, energy-saving effect and excellent cost performance.

Irregular dimension: Length is less than or equal to 600mm. Width is less than or equal to 600mm. Thickness is between 10mm and 100mm.

Sagger: Length is less than or equal to 300mm. Width is less than or equal to 300mm. Thickness is between 10mm and 150mm.

Support: Length is less than or equal to 300mm. Width is less than or equal to 150mm. Thickness is between 50mm and 150mm.   

 

■ Cordierite-mullite kiln furniture

　Cordierite-mullite kiln furniture (ordinarily called white board) is mainly composed of high quality cordierite and mullite with stable chemical composition of raw materials, excellent particle crystal and strict granularity graduation. The product has super-strong oxidation resistance ability, low expansion efficient, and quick heat transfer without deformation and fallen slag due to advanced production technology and table and reliable product quality. As a result, it is especially suitable to sintering in oxidation air under intermediate and low temperature from 1000℃ to 1230℃. It can meet low temperature demand of increasing ceramics to corresponding kiln furniture. Silicon carbide high-class board and cordierite- mullite white board supplement each other. They meet the selection demand of different furnaces, sintering temperatures and ceramics to kiln furniture.
